This Sunday (August 9th) is the 30th Annual Rockport Acoustic Music Festival
Three decades ago musicians played for their friends in the beautiful Millbrook Meadow across from the beach in Rockport, Mass. The spirit of “Music in the Meadow” is alive and well this Sunday August 9th from noon to 6PM.
All are welcome for free to enjoy Folk, Blues, Jazz, and Rock. People come for just a few songs or they make the day of it with the beach and town just steps away. Food is available to buy and proceeds go the support the New Years Rockport Eve event.
This year the lineup includes local favorites and new acts from the region including Bingo Fridays, Brian King/What time is it Mr. Fox, Karen Ristuben, HUM, Bob Kramer Band, and many others.
