"Online Marketing Blog" has a list (and poll results above) of 25 Signals of Credibility for Marketing Agencies. Well, it seems that what others say about you far outweighs what you say about yourself... agencies should spend less time on their own Blog and more on growing their client's business.
This, of course, is related to Bob Garfield's "Chaos 2.0" rant many talked about (me too) last spring. Jeff Jarvis did a nice catch up on his Buzzmachine.
The point is that clients/brands are getting smarter and more capable while engaging the empowered consumer gets more difficult. We are now all more open to new models of client and agency relationships.
