Last week Digitas had it's first Open House in Boston. What a smart way for them to meet future creative employees - or "talent" as President Torrence Boone mentioned. This was also a great way to meet the people behind some of the best stuff out there. Above is Gillette Venus' ManQuarium - rich, interactive, technologically sophisticated, and fun (on the left is Flash Man Adam Buhler, part of the development team).
My chat with Group Creative Director, Rob Rizzo, brought up what I believe is the key to successful marketing... Keeping the Goal alive - It takes persistence to incorporate a Brand's business agenda into attention-getting creative. Digitas is making sure they have people that can do this.
